Company History
Newman Properties Inc. founded in October 2019 by Michael F. Newman, Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Michael is from the third-generation family owed and locally operated company with over 80 years of experience in the fuel and energy business. Newman Properties, a Single Source Petroleum Company, is comprised of NOCO Dealer, LLC; NOCO Property Management, LLC; Empire Petroleum Services, LLC and Tonawanda Terminals Corporation.
